PROGRAMS

21 Ministries exists to empower people to fully live out their calling through their God-given talents. Through our programs and partnerships, growing toward twenty-one in total, we provide the resources, support, and community needed to turn purpose into action.

Anchor Co-op

Founded in 2017 by Mikki Weddle, Anchor Co-op is now thrilled to call 21 Ministries its home. Anchor is a cottage homeschool program dedicated to equipping parents with tools for Christ-centered education, fostering community, and serving others through meaningful give-back projects. One of the most beautiful aspects of Anchor is watching students take ownership of their faith—hosting Bible studies, leading devotions, and growing together as they worship side by side.

Firefly Creative

Founded in 2024 by Oakley Weddle, Firefly Creative was created to bring accessible, imaginative theatre to the Mid-South. Born from a vision of light in the darkness, Firefly exists to inspire, uplift, and bring people together through storytelling.

Guided by our motto, “Catch Lightning in a Bottle,” we choose stories that spark curiosity, creativity, and connection. Our productions are designed to be family-friendly and filled with heart—offering meaningful experiences for performers and audiences alike.

Our Firefly programs include classes, summer camps, a free school touring production each spring, and large-scale outdoor productions. At Firefly, every child who steps on stage or works behind the scenes grows in confidence, empathy, and imagination.

The PEYitforward Foundation

The PEYitforward Foundation was created in memory of Peyton Martin Weddle, who passed away in 2016. What began as the PMW Foundation, launched by Peyton’s father Dan and many of his friends, grew over time into something larger than they first imagined. In 2020, the organization embraced a new name and mission, becoming The PEYitforward Foundation—honoring Peyton’s legacy while focusing on community impact.

The Foundation is dedicated to spreading love, giving back, advocating for road safety, and encouraging kindness in everyday life. Guided by Peyton’s spirit, our mission is simple yet profound: to make the world a better place, one act of love at a time. We aim to inspire others to choose kindness over hate and to “PEY it forward” in their own communities.

Our work combines educational and community impact. At The University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business and Economics, we provide scholarships that help students take the next steps in their professional lives. We are also committed to supporting the homeless community—one of Peyton’s deepest passions. Through these efforts, Peyton’s light continues to shine, changing lives and building a legacy of compassion that will endure for generations.
